Privacy policy
Bin Tahir Kids Wear doesn't use accounts, passwords, or email — this page explains the little we do collect and what happens to it. Questions? Ask on WhatsApp — a person answers.
What we collect
Placing an order gives us your phone number, your name, and the delivery address you type in (including any landmark and city/zone you add). We keep a record of what you ordered and when — your order history — so a repeat order or an exchange request doesn't start from zero. That's all: no accounts, no passwords, and we never ask for an email address or ID/CNIC.
How we use it
Your phone number and address are used to confirm your order on WhatsApp before it ships, and to get the courier to your door. Order history helps our staff spot and resolve delivery problems (for example, a parcel that was refused or couldn't be delivered) so repeat issues don't slow down future orders. Your name, phone number and address are used for running your order and helping you with it afterwards — nothing else.
Ads on Facebook and Instagram
Most people find this shop through Facebook or Instagram, so our pages carry Meta's advertising pixel. It tells Meta which pages of this site a browser visited and what it did with them — the items you viewed, what you added to your bag, and, when you place an order, the items, quantities and order total. It also sets a cookie so Meta can recognise the same browser later. That is how we show our ads to people looking for kids' clothes instead of paying to show them to everyone.
What it is never given is who you are: not your name, not your phone number, not your delivery address. Your order pages carry your phone number in the address bar, so the pixel is kept off them entirely; we have also switched off Meta's automatic form-reading, so it cannot lift what you type at checkout. It is not on our staff screens at the shop either. What Meta does with what it does collect is covered by Meta's own privacy policy. If you'd rather it didn't run, your browser's tracking protection or any ad blocker will stop it — nothing on this site needs it to work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Your name, phone number, and address are passed to our delivery partners (Leopards, TCS) — only what they need to get your parcel to you, and nothing more. In particular they are not passed to Meta — the advertising pixel described above is told what was ordered, but never who ordered it. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your choices
Message us on WhatsApp any time to ask what we have on file for your number, or to have it deleted. Since there's no account to log into, WhatsApp is also the fastest way to reach a person about this.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page — it stays the one place to check.
